Within the framework of supporting education and ensuring the right to education for all members of society, especially the most needy and those living in remote areas that rarely receive assistance,  Al-Khair Foundation for Social Development in 2022 funded and implemented the construction of Al-Khair School  in the village of Al-Haija in Al-Maslub district with a total cost 442,776 $ .
The village of Al-Haija is one of the villages that lack education very much as it is an isolated area where there are no schools, and as a result children enroll in school at a later age, in most cases when they reach the age of fifteen, where some go to very distant areas for education, but they quickly stop studying due to the distance and high costs with poor living and low financial conditions.
School Components are Educational Building, Teachers' housing, Guard room , Medical clinic, Toilet building, depot and Child-friendly spaces
The building was designed taking into account people with special needs, the provision of toilets and private corridors, as well as the need for friendly spaces. The construction of Al-Khair School will serve the rest of the neighboring areas of Al-Haija such as Al-Numaniya, Milaha, Muharraq, Sikka and others...
