Growing and Producing Coffee Seedlings Project

Within the contributions of Al-Khair Foundation for Social Development in rural development, the Foundation funded a project to cultivate and produce 10,000 coffee seedlings in rural areas in Taiz governorate, targeting agricultural landowners who wish to cultivate and produce coffee in rural isolation. The project is implemented in two phases through the Bani Sinan Agricultural Cooperative Association under the supervision of the Foundation's branch In Taiz Governorate; Al-Khair Institute for Social Development affiliated to the foundation. The first phase was inaugurated in the week of World Coffee Day by distributing and planting 5,000 seedlings in Al-Shamayatayn district and Bani Shaybah’s East and West districts, after conducting field surveys and training agricultural landowners on methods of planting seedlings and paying attention to them so that they will follow up on their progress to the production stage.
