Customer Experience Management Course Completion for Aman Insurance
Al-Khair Center for Training and Social Development concluded the Customer Experience Management course, which was held at the headquarters of Aman Insurance Company.
The program aimed to:
- Define important marketing concepts.
- Defining consumer behavior as an introduction to the study of customer experience management.
- Definition of customer experience management.
- Effective organizational communications and customer experiences.
- Introducing customer experience planning and customer journey planning.
The closing ceremony was attended by:
