AKF aims towards adopting the concept of sustainability and continuously through its services and programs.
AKF is embodiment this concept internally through its long –term investment program, by including sustainable and effective cost share in annual operational budget.
AKF through its interventions keen to raise awareness for the importance of responsible use of natural resources in rural communities. It also seeks to educate residents in remote communities to use alternative energy technologies, as well as its continuous efforts to reconcile the three pillars of sustainability, by achieving social, environmental and economic goals.
