The foundation provides its training as per the following courses:


a. Tourist Guiding and Driving (3 batches per year) The Foundation has commenced its courses for youth from those provinces with (56) trainees in the first batch, (52) trainees in the second batch, and (72) in the third batch in the fields of Tour Guiding and Driving. The foundation had contracted with some educational institutes such as: Lebanese International University for teaching intensive English courses, YEFE (Yemen Education for Employment Foundation) for teaching Workplace Success course, which helps trainees acquire work ethics, and Al Salamah Driving School, where trainees can learn driving skills and get local driving license. AKF had also contracted instructors from Yemeni universities to teach ancient & modern history of Yemen as well as tour guiding courses. All these courses are given in a 6 months period programs provided to 120 trainees per year (2 batches a year). AKF bears all costs of these courses, in addition to paying monthly grants of ten thousand Yemeni Riyals to each trainee to help them cover some of their expenses.


b. Marketing, Accounting and Human Resource Management (2 batches per year) The Foundation grants financial support to trainees from the provinces of Marib Shabwa & Al Jawf who are enrolled in the free training program of (YEFE) in the fields of Marketing, Accounting, Human Resource Management and Intensive English Language and Work Place Success, where the (YEFE) bears the cost of training, and Al Khair Foundation grants a monthly sum of Ten Thousand Riyals to every participant from these provinces.

More Targeted areas The Foundation has expanded its geographic scope in its training programs, where the governorates of Taiz, Aden, Lahj, Abyan, and Al Dhale'a have been covered, hoping that most governorates of the republic will be covered in the future.
